Tuition is due at the time of registration. Tuition is based on a flat monthly fee, which is based on an average of 4 classes per month over the course of a school year. Classes may range from 3-5 times per month. The same class fee applies from September through May. The class fee would change if your child begins taking a longer class, or taking more than one class per week. Monthly payments are automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card account on the 1st day of the month. Continued enrollment throughout the school year is assumed. The coaches at BGC will continuously evaluate students, and will notify you when it is appropriate to move them to the next level. You may cancel your membership in writing at any time, with at least 30 days prior to an automatic withdrawl. If you do not wish to have payments automatically withdrawn from your account, you may pay with a check, cash or visa/MC in three installments, which are due August 31st, November 31st, and February 28th. If payments are not received by those dates, your child will lose his or her spot in class. Enrollment is allowed at any time during the month. Tuition will be prorated appropriately. Returned checks are subject to a $25 service fee.

Continued enrollment throughout the entire school year is always assumed. A class spot is automatically held for your child while you are enrolled at BGC. To withdrawal from the program, you must notify the office in writing of your withdrawal. Parents, not students, must notify the office, and pay any balances remaining.

Priority registration is given to all currently enrolled students, provided they reserve their class by the deadline date.

Please do not go into the gym until you are called for your class. No tumbling, running, or horseplay is allowed while waiting for your class. No jewelry or gum allowed in class. Parents must supervise siblings in viewing area and help us keep the area clean. Please do not talk to or distract the children participating in classes. Parents are also not allowed on the gym floor at any time. Please stop at the front desk for assistance. Any interruptions may result in serious injury.

Please do not drop off students more then fifteen minutes before class. Parents should always wait with preschoolers until the teacher starts the class. If you are more than ten minutes late for class you will need to reschedule your class; this is to ensure the safety of all our students. Please place coats and shoes in designated area and wait for your class in the lobby. All students must wait inside the gym until they are picked up by their parent/guardian. Please pick up your child promptly at the end of class.

Students must be actively enrolled to attend a make-up class. One make-up class may be scheduled per month. Make-up classes may not be rescheduled once they are scheduled. Make-ups can only be scheduled within the same month that a class is missed. Please call the office to schedule your make-up class.

• Preschool-Leotard or bike shorts and T-shirt tucked in.
• Boys-Shorts and T-shirt tucked in.
• All levels above Preschool-Leotards are required
• Long hair must be tied back.

Valuable items should not be brought to the gym. BGC is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
