Preschool Program (Ages 18mo-5yrs)

The goal of our preschool program is to introduce gymnastics in a safe, positive, and fun environment. Basic tumbling progressions are taught at each level along with apparatus activities such as beam, bars, vault, and trampoline. We teach basic skills in a way that builds confidence and encourages little ones to crave more learning.

Recreational Program

The goal of our recreational program is to teach basic fundamentals while safely learning new skills. The program includes progressions on tumbling, bars, vaulting, balance beam, and trampoline. Strength and flexibility exercises, coordination, and balance are included in the program.

Jaguars Recreational Team

The Jaguars Recreational team is an alternative to competitive gymnastics, which allows gymnasts to learn high level skills while remaining active in other sports or activities. Jaguars continue to develop their gymnastics skill level in a recreational environment. There are no competitions, and no annual commitments. Jaguars may be invited to perform at local events, and will also be encouraged to perform at BGC Exhibitions.

Progressive Gymnastics Program

The progressive gymnastics program is a transition from recreational classes to the team program, as well as a much more challenging option for those students who have gone beyond what a one hour class/once per week can offer. Students who join the progressive program are not required to go on the team program, nor are they guaranteed a place on the competitive team. Students must get approval from an instructor before joining the progressive program.

USA Gymnastics Competitive Team Program (Invitation Only)

The BGC team program provides the mental and physical discipline needed for competition. We measure our success on how we portray ourselves on the practice floor and on the competition floor. Doing our best is an attitude that is displayed by all our team members.

Recreational Cheerleading

The goal of our recreational cheerleading program is to introduce and develop tumbling and cheerleading skills. The program includes development of strong basic tumbling skills, including rolls, handstands, bridges and cartwheels. Students will learn motions, cheers, dances, jumps, and stunting. The recreational cheerleading program is great for girls with little or no experience.

Xtreme Cheer

The Xtreme Cheer program provides the mental and physical discipline needed for competition. We measure our success on how we portray ourselves on the practice floor and on the competition floor. Doing our best is an attitude that is displayed by all our team members. Our cheerleaders have developed a strong respect for themselves, the value of hard work, how to set and achieve goals, develop self discipline, and sportsmanship.
